How do AA females struggle to grow hair but the males grow long dreads in couple of years
they can too but most would rather permanently f*ck up their hair follicles with a perm to have straight hair

That's what i mean...most African Americans or the one's in the Caribbean are European slave rape babies... they all have European DNA....contrary to the one's in Native Africa.
Nah, Africans just usually cut their hair due to their living conditions.
Some African tribes do have long hair, such as the Himba:
