So you want the amicable divorce framework well let's start the process and make it as smooth and least destructive as possible. I accept a win win framework Federalism(highly autonomous) or confederation or even hybrid not one size fits all of PL, JL having highly autonomous status and if SW want it also, and GM and HS can have a more Mogadishu centric centralism.

I am not confident tho with win lose ideas like centralism, colonial federation as it seems to be added into the nation I think as a way to extend conflict conditions to serve Djibouti ismail.omar geele objectives here and also rogue looters in the capital.
