Weird thing is that my hair grows so fucking fast. I cut my hair for a fade around June because of Eid, my Afro came back by July 23

Huh? My hair is hard to brush, when it's dry and is very "hard" compared to my siblings, so I heard about 4c hair on the internet and assumed mine was it well.
But it's curly when it's wet
