Why Qabiil is stupid and should be abandoned

No we need to qabiil to make sure random people cannot pretend to be Somali. Someone who has an Oromo father and a Somali mother (like Johnny 'Somali') would be able to cosplay as a Somali, but now that we have the qabiil system in place, he cannot pretend to be Somali because he has no qabiil.


What we need to eradicate is qabyaalad!

I dont give a shit. Anyone born in Somalia should be given citizenship. I don't see the point of safeguarding "Somalinimo" when it's useless today, and I couldn't even drink clean water in 80% of Somali inhabited lands outside of the major cities.

No, that should not be the case at all. If anything, we need to implement the Gulf's system, where only people who have roots in the country from before it's founding can actually become citizens. It should remain impossible for an Oromo to become a citizen. They are a huge demographic threat. I don't care if they're 95% Somali at this point.

If you think Somalis cannot rule then wait until you see how Oromos rule their regions. Abiy Ahmed is their first ever PM and the country is on fire. He killed 600k Tigrayans and he imposed a brutal blockade on Tigray (not that I care though because f*ck the Tigrayans) and now FANO is rebelling against the state in the Amhara region.

Oromos are 500x more savage than Somalis. Oromos have a sizeable number of cannibals and they wear their enemies d*cks on their heads.

1. Ban qabiil and enforce this ban harshly with prison time and hefty fees.
2. Ban khawariji or any armed religious organization.

Unless the obvious fact that our country would become peaceful, develop and move forward wasn't enough for you, here are a few reasons why we should all drop qabiil.

1. Your Somali friends are most likely from all kinds of qabiils, not just your qabiil. The dudes you grew up with, you play sports with or go to the gym or school with are all from different clans. These are the people whose company you enjoy, so how can you practice qabiil when your entire live doesn't just revolve around your qabii alone?

2. At least 50% of Somali people are born parents of different clans, and if you disagree, let's run a poll on here. So how can you practice qabiil and hold on to it for deer live when your entire existence depended on another clan? Sometimes even rival clans(like in my case).

No youre taking it too far, qabil is an essential component to our history. Look at the massive W's weve had in history. Qabil wasent a problem then, its just that its been amplified and qabyaalad is widespread. Its being reinforced with 4.5 and a non-central government that cant foster somali nationalism isnt helping. Which is why qabyaalad and lack of government is the problem. Qabil is essential, you cannot throw that aspect of somalis away. I do agree that its signifcance should be reduced but not completely eliminated either.
