Why SFG School Number Are Low?

I have said this and I will repeat this till the day I die. The armed clans in the south are a minority in a SEA of un-armed majority(who they call minority). Their school numbers reflect the true population share of the armed clans in the south. The kids who are un-armed majority obviously won't be given schooling becuz of discrimination and that would greatly boost their numbers ma garatay?

That's why I can't wait till 1M1V in the south, the un-armed majority will vote and all the positions will reflect what I believe the situation to be 80% un-armed and 20% armed population. Finally the south will enjoy peace when the majority are ruling, unlike now minority armed rule on un-armed majority.

Puntitequeen if the un-armed majority went to school, the SFG numbers would be huge, but they only give school access to armed-clans ma garatay, waana aragta populationkooda sidu uu liito, what u expect when 1m1v happens? 80% of the local councils will be them across the south, that's why HAWIYE love 4.5 not democracy.

I hope Deni tells the SFG, waxaa loo farisanaya Koonfur-East-North. We will not sit with HS/GM
If you want to pretend pupils in school determine the size of a state then you aren’t even worthy of meeting Madaale given he’s the governor of a city that’s 2.5 the size of your FMS

Forget HSM

I don't believe it does but im playin their games looooool. But I won't tanasul 80% of the south is un-armed clan, kama tanasulayo taasi and any election that happens that doesn't reflect that in banadir-hs is absolute garbage which PL will refuse to recognize

@bidenkulaha u guys want to ride on the backs of un-armed majority figures which is unfair and won't be accepted by puntites. If you guys claim any number, we assume 80% is un-armed, so it doesn't matter wat figure u claim, 80% is going to them in representation. When I say south i mean anything below beletwayn to kismaayo

I’m sorry but 400k registration and less than 150k votes in your election no longer means you can play the game of SL-PL-South Somalia game.

You should aim to compete with Banadir in economy and population from now on. Forget this ‘South Somalia’ rubbish.

The new Somalia is PL-GM-HS-KG-JL-Banadir.

Education is not free in the country and most families will not send their children to school, also rural populations don't participate. so unless we see free schools the numbers will stay low. I think only SL has some free primary schools.
The numbers are the same or close to what I wrote 3 months ago.
If I remember correctly this is the number of students who sat down for 8 and 12 year exams in the country last year:
PL: ~20k
SL: ~35k
Banadir + all other states: ~70k, probably 50k from Banadir.
23k from PL, 35 SL, 70K from South = ~130k, that's probably 20% of potential students aged 15 or 18.

You seem to think 400k is small, but that's impressive, considering the discordance that followed and how some factions were against it plus Sool & Cayn didn't participate. how many do you think will be registered in Galmudug? I don't even think they can register more than 100k.
Banaadir has the advantage that it's one big city with concentrated population, which means more people can vote, same as how the 8th and 12th grades have 55k in Banaadir which is close to ~60k in PL & SL, since those states have a considerable rural population who don't participate in the school system, but a lot of those rural people will participate in parliamentary/presidential elections.
Also you seem to think that if PL is competing with Banaadir, that means our status is diminishing, on the contrary, Banadir represents 80% of the south's power, so competing with Banadir means competing with whole South.
