Male Pattern Baldness
is hereditary form of hair loss it’s categorised as Androgenic Alopecia. Most
people have misconceptions that Hair-loss is caused by poor diet, too much
shampoo, braids. Although this is possible this is never the case in
Androgenic Alopecia. If you’re balding it’s most likely hereditary. MPB is
caused by DHT which is a byproduct of Testosterone. It is a hormone crucial
for later stages of Puberty and useless as an adolescent. DHT attaches to the
5AR enzyme and blocks the hair follicle from the blood supply causing the
follicle to eventually die off.

Androgenic hyper sensitivity.
East Africans especially Somalis Bald quick than in many other populations
this is typically due to high frequency of Androgen sensitivity. Somalis have
specific alleles at certain
STR loci (e.g., DYS19-11, DYS392-12) these alleles are very common in East
African populations and are super common among Somali populations. These
Alleles are hyper sensitive to the 5AR receptors and are prone to damage
from DHT, all of which have been linked to cause Balding.

Cure (18+ only)
The only cure for Androgenic Alopecia is a 5AR antagonist and an Anagen
stimulant which prolongs the lifespan of the hair follicle. Ideally Finasteride
1mg daily but if you’re Somali I would recommend Dutasteride at 0.5mg a
week. This is due to Dutasteride targeting both type 1 and type 2 5AR
receptors which is located in all parts of the scalp. This will permanently halt
your hair loss and regrow your hair. This is also the closest thing to a cure for
baldness. There is speculation that these medicines cause side effects but
they are very rare and are completely reversed after discontinuation. I
have used Dutasteride for 4 years and have regrown my entire hairline back.
And no longer worry about Hairloss. Don’t get scammed and think ‘hair oils’
like castor oil and stuff will work for you they are all a Scam. If ur a women dont take this.
