Dunno bout Hargeisa but berbera it’s 17k Somali shilling for a hour (to rent a boat note this is a small fishing boat with a sail)

We should do both. Imagine a stable diet of fish and caano geel, IQ would skyrocket over night.

Maybe not overnight, but it definitely would jump up significantly in the next generation.

Its a good question. Especially Fish usually boost Brain power. I guess somalis are naturally genius from not eating Fish at all.

Fish meat is soooo good, especially grilled fish.

I can't believe that Somalis dont take advantage of having one of the longest coastlines in the world.


With a coastline like that you should never starve.

Fish is good for both intelligence and well being, one needs to cut down on meat, for ones health but also the environment.

We didn't fish because it wasn't safe to build long term settlements near the coast.

Other marauding clans would raid you constantly because it's a lot easier than raiding camel herders who moved in numbers and avoided long term settlements.

My guess is transportation and storage problems. I remember my dad telling me back in the 70's fish was dirt cheap. They'd bring a truck full and by the end of the day, whatever was unsold was thrown away and left to rot.
