Democrats control a lot of the major cities they don’t care about the fact that a lot of blacks in places like Chicago and Oakland are trapped in the poverty cycle they simply use them for votes now that the Latinos have effectively replaced the blacks in population and are growing at a fast rate the “black vote ” is effectively irrelevant you’ll also be seeing the gentrification of cities start to heat up as white business man starts cleaning out historically black neighborhoods (Austin is a good example of this phenomenon )


At least the democrats pander to them republicans don’t care and see them as lazy free loaders who are wasting there tax money . liberal and conservatives predominantly live in cushy suburbs where black poverty is irrelevant to them as it’s not really visible
