@BANTU not really. Mogadishu has better hospitals thanks to the Turkish. However the reason is because treatment is cheaper in Burco general hospital. AUN to the young girl. Step fathers with different clan from the children is generally a bad idea when they are growing up.

What is in dispute is not whether he did it, but the fact that a Darood man cannot be tried by Isaaq for a crime that is outside the tribal jurisdiction of Isaaq. It is very simple, this is our Xeer Somali tribal law.
