Wingstop uk is not halal

So I recently discovered that despite Wingstop UK’s halal certification, they stun their animals before slaughter. This means, their chicken is haram.

“Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maytah (the dead animals — cattle — beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which Allah’s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering (that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah, or has been slaughtered for idols) and that which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow.” [al-Maidah 5:3]

No they dont have to do any research islamically. Its not a sin upon you if you do eat there and take their word for it. It is a sin upon the people who serve it. So I just want to make it clear, Islamically you are not required to the hardwork of researching it yourself but if you find out its not halal and you dont wanna eat it and you dont wanna eat there, thats okay too

I dont know about UK but where I live I can eat the meat of the non Muslims here. Personally I dont eat it when I have the halal alternative but if I was hungry and the only thing they had was a delicious juicy steak burger well done with cheese. I can bet you I will eat it

But halal is available in your country no? I'm pretty sure you can only eat non Muslim meat if your forced to or starving. And you can only eat kosher meat if you live in a country where there's no halal meat.

Stunning is permissible as long as the animal doesn't get killed by the electric shock. It is important that the animal gets killed by the act of slaughter itself so that the blood can be drained from its body, as long as this is done, the meat is halal.

As a muslim you must only eat halal meat or your sinning of you eat meat where Allah name isn't mentioned. And fish o filet is makrooh since there's cross contamination. They even said on their website there's a chance there will be cross contamination.

I understand but is wise to avoid these type of places because we don't know if the animal gets electric shock while being stunned expecially considering we know they stun their animal.befote slaughter.
