If it says halal and you don't know that it's not halal you eat it. Its not a sin on you if you eat it, a sin on the restaurant that serve it.

Yeah if you eat something and it says halal, without further investigating you can eat it, if its actually not halal but you ignorant about it, its not a sin upon you

Eat healthy, its much better. Buy tuna, low fat greek yoghurt, chop some onions, and use whole grain bread and put it in. Much better than a cheese burger.

I googled it and it said that the certificate they have is supported by the ‘Islamic sharia council uk’ (the certificate is from hmb and the board works with the sharia council)

I understand but they said they use stun and we don't know if the animal complete died before slaughter

Yes but then you'd be overly critical because most halal meat in the uk, even from butchers is partially stunned
