I've always laughed at the lie that women are driven by emotions. When it's men who commit violent crimes out of emotions such as

1. Anger
2. Jealousy etc.

Check the prison statistics, most of these crimes are due to men not being able to THINK and being driven to brute force, as they act out of EMOTION.

Due to women being physically weaker, we have to rely on our cognitive abilities to navigate situations, not through brute force. Cognitive abilities/manipulation= logic.

Throughout history, women had to use intellect/logic to free themselves and even seize power. Whereas men did it through brute force. It reminds me of the story of the Eastern European slave women that became queens after manipulating their way out of being a sex slave.

The guy in the video breaks it down really well. He also mentioned the fact that women can grow to love a man, by thinking about it. Whereas with men, they may grow to tolerate a woman (use her), but if he doesn't FEEL it, it's never going to happen.

Also, when men are hurt once, or fall in love once, and it doesn't work out- they get angry at the entire world and start those creepy redpill/black pill movements. I've also noticed men don't get over their 'first love'. Women? I've seen girls move on from man to man, not blaming the entire world and certainly not committing violent crimes because of anger and jealousy

Anyway, instead of people lying about genders, and pretending that men are ruled by logic (lies), teach your sons how to recognise and regulate their EMOTIONS. Don't shame them when they cry, instead let them cry and then talk to them. Don't accept their violent outbursts, teach them to be calm and logical.

I think women are socialised to have better emotional regulation and have more support in dealing with and recognising emotions. In many societies, women have faced restrictions on their access to education, jobs, and political power. These barriers, not any innate reliance on intellect, often necessitated creative problem-solving and resilience.

Boys are told from a young age 'don't cry', so, when he grows older, he will not talk to his father to discuss feeling any other emotion. And then they get shocked when their boys just learn how to repress themselves, get angry, depressed, violent etc.

The school my children go to, have lessons where they discuss emotions, so from a young age, children learn how to identify their emotions and then talk about how to handle it.

I feel bad for men when I think about the young boy he was, when he was failed by society.

Managing anger

Empathy

“Be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.” (Qur'an, 8:46)

Seeking help and counselling

Islam promotes seeking help when dealing with emotional or mental challenges. The concept of "shura" (consultation) applies not only to decision-making but also to emotional support.

The Prophet Muhammad himself would consult and confide in his companions and wives, showing the importance of seeking emotional guidance.

Example: A group of people in Ta’if rejected his message and attacked him with stones, causing him physical harm. Instead of cursing them, he prayed:

“O Allah, guide my people, for they do not know.”

Despite facing numerous insults, slanders, and physical harm, the Prophet never resorted to violence as a response. Instead, he responded with forgiveness, prayer, and constructive dialogue.
