Europe and Japan are back investing into their navies and military, Spain, France and Germany are producing their own line of fifth generation fighters, US has lost most influence in Africa, with USAID being cut this will push more African countries into the brink of war, and regime change, expect more Sahel like takeover in the next 4 years.
