the only time you will see a smart person engaging in this is when they want to sell it to you

it's junk food for the ego, same goes for "supremacy" (patriotism but edgy). no surprise 90% of somalis engage with this sort of thing in some form.

the people who can uplift nations see themselves as above their nation and people, not as "nationalists" who identify with their wider population. leadership of the latter will always end with stagnation and decline!
