Should deals be made with Djibouti, Kenya and Ethiopia, Eritrea be such that:
- Kenya and Ethiopia give us NFD, Lamu County and Gaalbeed respectively
- A EU/NATO-esque union is made between Kenya, Ethiopia, Dijbouti, Somalia, and Eritrea
- This union acts essentially the same as the EU and NATO
- All countries work together for the advancement for all of it's people
