I am considering getting some jaw and chin implants with hunter eye procedure. Overall would cost $20k in Italy. I am a 5/10 my surgeon sent me my future after photos using AI I would look insane maybe 7/10 and be a model if I got this procedure. My parents and siblings are so mad at me for doing this even though my family used to taunt me saying I was always the unattractive sibling.

I don't think you need 'Hunter eye surgery', that seems like a buzzword. As for jaw surgery, if you have a valid malocclusion, I can understand, and that's a legitimate medical reason. However, if you don’t have one, just remember that it's still a life-threatening surgery. So, why risk your life if your jaw is fine? You can get permanent nerve damage.

Im not gonna demonise you like the others, but have you pushed yourself at least to have a good skincare routine, being a good weight, posture, decent leaness like 7-15 percent bodyfat, hairstyle, if you do all of these things and still find you dont like what you see then by all means its up to you. But 20k is a lot thats money for a future wedding, car, or a holiday.

Straight up cope, it all lies in the bones and you can change that yourself if you put in the effort or you can take the faster way which is surgery which isnt a bad option in and of itself.

This is not a glow up. Doesn’t look good at all. He looked better before tbh. The hollowness and eye shape because of plastic surgery makes him look odd/scary…

The only time I would get plastic surgery is if I had burn wounds or damage to my face from an accident or something. I would never do it for cosmetic reasons.
