No it's a major sign of insecurity. Plastic surgery doesn't heal what's broken on the inside.
As a Muslim i am obliged to love how Allah made me. Never want to compare myself to anyone or think about so-called imperfections since Allah has blessed me with health and all my limbs work.
When I’m a lot older like 50+ I do plan on getting something to tighten my skin if it’s like saggy you know but I wouldn’t do anything now.
I would say you should try other methods before resorting to plastic surgery like others suggested also 20k is a lot especially since your young you might feel different about these procedure when your older
instead of chin implant you get chin filler which is less invasive cheaper
if you do end up going through with it please research the doctor and make sure he’s properly certified and have some one with you that you trust
