You don't have to live in a predominantly black neighborhood to have high crime / gang activity and drugs in the area. My area has all these problems yet it's not a majority madow neighbourhood. London is more multicultural than majority of US cities.

The Jamaicans straight from Jamaica are okay. It’s the ones who live in the hood (Jane and Finch, Jane and Sheppard, Scarborough) that are the crazy ones. Toronto hoods are so depressing. A true concrete jungle.
100% agreed. The 2nd gen or westernized Jamaicans are the absolute worst. The foreign jamaicans that are immigrants are actually very respectful and very nice. Growing up in Toronto(rexdale), I have never met a smart 2nd gen +Jamaican ever or even an average one. Most of them were getting shit marks in middle school/high school.

They have one of the worst cultures ever. Oversexualized degeneracy + loss of father in their lives is what plagues their communities.

I work nights....are you crazy? They would rob my house in the first week. Unless it’s only so called uncle toms. Real black people are pain the butt wallahi

fantasizing about mixed kids while watching them walk buy your window

I don't think you understand what I meant. Ethnically mixed neighbourhoods infers you have people from different ethnic origins living and co-existing in a neighbourhood. It does not mean mixed raced people concentrated in a neighbourhood. You really won't find that where I live. For starters mixed people are few and far in between and secondly most are recent generation immigrants who live in this city.

:mjlol: English is not one of your dominant languages soo maha?

I live in mainly Muslim area with lots of Somalis, Ethiopians and Pakistanis. And sadly we have the worst whites.....crackheads. Mix is good though. A white area is the worst imo

Its most likely the schools. Schools in lower income areas are crap, and you don't learn as much. I just feel like the ghetto areas in Toronto that alot of black people live in are depressing. Was at Weston and Lawrence earlier this week, and I felt the same way. No greenery, no colour, a bunch of old, run down stores. Homeless people, Gala Canada, fobs, etc. The only redeeming quality is the humber river nearby. That place is beautiful.
Just like Uk. But it’s also a culture thing. Without culture change no funding is gonna help. Throwing money at it won’t solve anything. You don’t have to live in good area or well off to have good manners and respect

I know many Asians/Indians/Nigerians who grew up in those areas and they were excelling in school. Some of my friends who belong to the ethnicities I mentioned grew up in Kipling/Jane area. It's mainly culture and lack of a father figure.

There’s a lot of racism in these schools. Particularly with Somalis and Jamaicans/Caribbeans. A lot of teachers are racist and have it out for them. It’s better to go to a school where you can excel. Obviously the ethnicities you mentioned are known to be “intelligent” so of course they are positively viewed. There’s also very few of them - most live amongst their own ethnic enclaves (Brampton for Indians, Markham for Asians).

Chinese/Indians/Igbo/Jews aren't any smarter than the rest, they have parents that instill hard-work regimen and expectations into their children from the time their young. They simply have better parents.

I didn’t say they were smarter - just that there’s an assumption that they are. This then carries over to how they’re treated in school by teachers, administrators, etc.

Everything else you mentioned isn’t relevant.
