Would you support absolute monarchy

it wouldn't be the governments choice but the citizens on the ground, although foreign workers aren't citizens and my government wouldn't even ever have foreign workers
Fam, you have your opinions which is good and discussions like this are educational and important.

My view is that Muslim lands like Somalia should be ruled by Islamic law because it's Allah's law and Allah is the best in giving laws and we should also follow the way of his Prophet (saw). Secularism is Haram. Islam isn't just about practicing your faith on a personal matter, it's also about how a society should be governed and rules all aspects of life.

It’s a good thing your servile and want to be ruled, that means people like you don’t get to make the desicions, like these dumb ones
If you don’t want to live in country where there’s laws and regulations and you prefer to live like an animal then why did you run to the US? You should go live in that shithole but no you rather have opinions from your safe little home in Seattle. Miss me with your shit waarya :camby:

America is a market based democracy, so it’s not to far off from Somalia in that sense, laws and regulations aren’t set in stone and can be changed by me, the people, I like that system where I’m not under anyone, there under me the voter, this is where governments should be heading a more self governing and regulating populace due to a market like government, as it’s the best mode of stable power that the US try’s to lean towards in most instances, where they let the market choose, and unstable power dynamic would be that if a monarch which is why the west hasn’t be that way for 300 years, monarch can’t be efficient, has to not have his leadership challenged by say the mob 100percent of the time(unlikely to near impossible), and is not sustainable, one of the more low is systems, regulation though self governance is what we’ve evolved to as it works the best

Malaysia's system is really interesting, however it is a constitutional monarchy in which the king has quite limited and mostly ceremonial power. It is in effect a democracy. The real executive power is held by the Prime Minister. Much closer to Canada or the UK than the UAE for example.

Beautiful for the Somali people
No fights over the King since its power is limited
Also no one family can take it, shared between the Major Clans
