In America, school funding is tied to the real estate value of a suburb.

African Americans generally live in poor neighbourhoods with horrible property taxes.

Somalis live in MN, which is a very Liberal state with decent house prices.

Cadaans live in suburbs with decent home value.

No other country in the world ties the education of children to the wealth of their suburb.
