The way the Turkish sponsored negotiations are going is not good. Somaliland is trying get the DFS to sign all the legal papers for session and the DFS is trying to sweat talk somaliland back in to a union. One delegation wants to sit down and negotiate secession and the other delegation wants to sit down and negotiate reunion, obviously nothing will move ahead so it was agreed upon that things should be negotiated separately like airspace control being moved from UN hands based in kenya to being back in somali hands after the long civil war, somaliland realised its smart to negotiate that airspace control tower should be based in hargeisa and then the DFS's delegation agreed and accepted this in the negotiations. Before somaliland new it these DFS idiots already built a tower in mugdisho that let's them have legal rights to control all of somalias airspace(including what can land Inside somaliland). They basically made us look like idiots for entering negotiations in the first place.
