E-L677 aka E-V22 is probably an Arap. E-M78* is probably also an Arap. Bantu & Indian paternal haplogroups are probably Southerners

Makes sense. I have a recent ancestor who was Arap on both sides and the other 1% paternals are all from admixed Somalis if memory servers right.

Many Sacad Muuse score high levels of recent Arabian DNA. More than any other Somali. It would be interesting for you guys to find out the history.

Not really. I have only seen one from a very small subclan of SM that gets that. The SM from the larger clans like myself are pretty average Northern Somalis

Ahh ok. I always assumed it was because they were very entrepreneurial and trade orientated. I met a JB who had Saudi citizenship which is rare for most Somalis to get.
