Iran has been actively smuggling arms and drone parts for a decade. They also taught them how to build it, the know-how and transfer of knowledge was crucial for the ballistic Missile program. They're becoming like Hizboallah of Lebanon. A political/military entity with it's own standing army that dominates the state.

Not true at all. Houthis receive barely anything from Iran, most of their power and equipment comes from the Yemeni army of Saleh which sided with them in the civil war.
