Her ethnicity is vague. Either way she still has back for days.

I realized that a lot of anime fans are racist cadaans through Yoruichi. I always assumed with little controversy that her, Tousen, Halibel and even Yami were basically "Black" given their skin-tones and features like in the case of Yami and was talking to someone randomly about this on discus. Like I wasn't even really highlighting that they were black and just offhand mentioned it then suddenly I get jumped on by a pack of weird cadaans insisting they aren't black. Nigga, wtf? Half of those characters are darker-skinned than like half of African-Americans. Not black kulaha. And even if they're not... why did they care so much? I 100% guarantee they'd have pulled the same thing with Killerbee and the Cloud Ninja if it wasn't for the whole rap thing (lmao) and Kishimoto confirming at a con that they were meant to be a representation of black folk.

same as "casca" from berserk

you are trippingggggggggg
if you think wit was better than mappa

They were better visually for the most part.

The only part that Mappa did better is with the Colossus Titan which looked better than Wit's version.

Everything else was inferior with the CG and what not.

It was still a great season despite that though.

Wallahi, that one I can give them cos she might be part "Kushan" or something (basically Indian) but yeah, it's at least very weird how they IMMEDIATELY leap on anyone who thinks a certain character who is just a wee bit dubious is black. Oda gives Teach thick lips, afro looking hair and says he's from "Somalia" but if you go onto reddit this can't be clear and he could have meant someone more "North-African" or, according to these idiots, there are "lots of Arabs" in Somalia. Then they'll hone in on his color as though they miss the fact that Oda always depicts his "Black" characters pretty light-skinned like Mr.1 or Usopp, especially as the series went on. They just have some weird issue with "black" characters being in anime.

i guess you cant debate which is better, they are both very good and have different animation styles, personally i like the mappa style more

"there are a lot of arabs in somalia" nigga what 😂 i got a bad feeling those white people havent been in somalia
its pretty obvious that whenever white anime fans see a black character pop up they feel like they have taken a L
also with the casca part i mentioned her because the berserk 2016 anime made her basically white (they fixed it after) but the fans said that casca wasnt black skinned in the original anime but just had some "dark lightning" or tanned, something like that

ROFL. Nigga, the image to the left is darker than any of the women in my family by quite a bit:

Tanned kulaha. :ftw9nwa: And yes, they really seem to feel like they're taking some sort of L with every black character that appears. It's so neurotic. Usopp is a prime example. The thick, honestly kinda racist, lips, the afro-hair and in the earlier parts of the series he basically looked like a light-skin nigga in terms of color and then Oda says in the real world that he would be from "Africa".

Let's be real, this is an East-Asian dude's way of telling you he's basically madow but according to cadaans on reddit he must have meant North-African when he said "African" because God forbid he's a nigga. Besides, why these bros acting like they don't call Maghrebis and Egyptians sand niggas anyway?
