China's version of ransacking is slightly more favourable. They actually build shit loads instead if the West who steal your resources and then blackmail you with sanctions and fighter jets if you dare to speak out against it. Yeah Africans wouldn't work for peanuts or be trusted not to have a civil war over who controls these projects so they did it themselves. If you have infrastructure you're on to a good thing.
