You are contradicting yourself, if given resources they’ll surpass the diaspora,now ask yourself why are the Somalis in the diaspora failing left and right despite having more opportunities and resources

It is an intresting question. There would definitely be problems for sure. But if it happened over the span of a decade with a somalia whose economy was growing fast then it would be manageable. Since the diaspora doesn't just come from one region but every family basically has one and even if your diaspora being from the same clan trumps that . Although the point about local men getting jealous would definitely be a thing.
