why wouldn't they apply? There are stats available that under obama, who was much more intelligent than Trump, drone strikes took out civilians 90% of the time. Since obama, left, Trump has increased drone strikes by 400% . I'd guess there is even a higher number of drones hitting civilians.

Didn't he kill an 8 year old girl and her brother in Yemen with his first drone strike? What do you get from ignoring the facts?
