You think Abiy is up to date with Somali clan clashes? Would he get involved on behalf of DDS?If this continues, he may even deploy ENDF/Liyuu to seal the borders permanently and prevent them from doing cross-border attacks.
Otherwise the GM gov't may get summoned to Xamar through Addis, if they continue allowing havoc

We've disarmed many of our clan in DDS. It's your turn to pick up your duty. I heard that the AS fight in GM may wrap up soon, which gives you an opportunity to act more assertive within your borders

Bro, nothing can pass through our borders anymore like they used to from Somalia with regards to weapons. It surely has contributed to more calm and stability of our border areas, but whenever there're border conflicts those from Somalia and from other Killil have an advantage over us.
With that said, whether Cagjar likes it or not, I do believe that they will do something about it. Way too many lives were lost of people in uniform.

Limited grassing lands cause these clashes, when Iley removed Sacad and Saleebaan from Galaadi district it opened up more wiggle room for Wagardhac thus removing tension with MJ all together.
Cagjar could do the same by removing Cayr squatters from Lababaar, this will remove direct security threat from them as well as give more wiggle room to Bah Hawiyo so they are not soo strict about Muse Gumcadle building on their land.
