You'll pretty much see the same across much of the country. Construction sites filled with ajnabi's like Indians, oromo's and etc.

No local in Xamar can afford a $350k apartment, house or piece of land. And any that can are smart enough to know that it would be a major waste of money. They’d rather buy 50 acres of land on the far outskirts of Muqdisho or something. Diaspora also won’t be spending money on that shit.

Loads of small apartments for low to middle income people would be a better move. Low rent, higher numbers of units, more money.

Tbh don’t hate me but I’m one of those ppl who would say the same thing but not because of clan or qabil I could careless about that shit but I think hamar was one of the only cities that got destroyed to the ground during the war and the only one that experiences random bombings on monthly basis. There’s also that huge dark cloud of shabab terror hanging in the air and the never ending threat of violence at a moments notice that up north, for example, does not experience.

i know a person who invested 300,000 k bought 4 bakars in the city and gets close 2k a month those bakars are always in big need

Real estate is a dumb thing to invest in. It is for boomers and/or low-risk people who are scared of more risky high return investments. @ozzyoz
