Justifying the shooting of people, because of a parking violation, exactly my humour :mjlol:

Who says it's supposed to be humour? I'm justifying him being shot for resisting multiple times, not for a parking violation. People who don't follow the most serious rules need to be treated like a cockroach. They have forfeited their right to be in society. They can't be trusted. Whatever, he was arrested and tased. He got taught a lesson. Hopefully he learns from it and think about how his actions embarassed/hindered the Black community. No one feels sympathy for him outside of this website and BLM craptivists. You should see what they do to you in places like Singapore and the Philippines to maintain order in communities: they will shoot or hang you like a rabid dog.

Law & order is important and I'm a firm believer in using force for compliance, however, saying that someone should be shot for being uncooperative is a step too far.

The adeer should have just produced his licence; and the police officer should have just cuffed him when he didn't produce it after multiple requests.

I agree with you on the rest

It's not. There would be world peace and criminal acts would never occur ever again if we started executing people who break the law. We could maybe give leeway to people who go 1-10 km/h over the speed limit or who accidentally broke the littering by-law but no. There is social decay that's worsening. There's no possible reason for someone over 18 to not follow the rules. If they don't, society is better off without them and their future offspring.

Such a blasé attitude to taking human life for minor infractions would have terrible knock on effects; it would create a society of fear instead of reason.

I would (without hesitation) shoot to kill mooryaans and other violent criminals if they refused to be apprehended.

Nothing to fear. Most people will be happy actually. Most people haven't ever broken the law and never will. Decent people don't go around worrying that they will break the law. Most people do the right thing. It would also save costs and we wouldn't need prisons. Give them a fair trial and then shoot them. People who litter for example have no respect for the environment when they throw their McDonald's paper bags out their car windows. People who go fast in school zones can kill kids. Get rid of them before they kill an innocent child. Be proactive.

Deputy Sergeant Andy Ybarra, in his review in the capacity as Taser Instructor, found that "it was apparent that some type of force, other than deadly force, was going to be necessary to acquire a resolution" in the encounter beween Bretzloff and Saalim. Ybarra cited the driver's noncompliance with Bretzloff's demands once the driver was out of the vehicle and not complying with restraints. He noted Saalim continued to actively resist and it was not apparent what Saalim was thinking as he continued to keep from being restrained.

It says here he was justified in tasing him. We will have to agree to disagree about using deadly force. It's a matter of preference. He was proven to be guilty too.

Bit disappointed with some of the people here.

In life you take it as we find it. By that I mean we unfortunately have rogue cops who unfairly and sometimes unjustifiably use excessive force. When that happens NEVER resist arrest. They will only double down. Simply comply and gently ask for their ID.

Let them know you're paying attention and will report them at a later date. Play by the rules. Even if you think its wrong. Be patient!!

UPDATE: As y’all already know this took place back in 2020. This happened before the George Floyd awakening.
The Adeero plead guilty to two charges of disorderly conduct.
The officer received verbal discipline. He still working with the Police Department.
He was off duty at the time and was working for Walmart on the side (he still can make arrests). What’s surprising to know is that the officer and the manager at Walmart were buddies. Keep in mind that this is a small town in rural Ohio. Evidently it was a case of “the good ol’ boys “ mentality. Basically a small town mentality. I don’t doubt bias was involved and maybe racism. However, the Adeero made matters worse for himself. He refused to comply.

ADEERO sued everyone :drakelaugh:He sued Walmart, the officer , the Sheriff’s office. From what I can gather he lost. I might be wrong. But go do some research. His name is Said Saalim. We need someone who can read the dam Court lingo.

Alhamdulilah they didn’t cause fatal injuries to the uncle. Your update provided crucial context about what’s going on. Rural Ohio is not exactly known for being welcoming as central Ohio. It’s full of people who aren’t well traveled, well informed and who are majority Trump supporters. I wouldn’t try to reason with a person who in the moment could be looking for any excuses to harm you permanently or cause you bodily injury. Continuing dialogue might agitate them even more. The cop wasn’t willing to continue a discussion with him until he complied with orders.

Verbal Discipline is nothing. He didn’t get fired.

You also took it out of context You fail to mention that the Adeero was found guilty.

This could have been avoided if he simply cooperated with the officer
You ruined your country and refuse to take his orders. Im asking you a question kulaha cabaad ka bixi doono u fiirso 🤣🤣

He tased a old man who showed no sign if agression. Tasing should be so quick to happen espically in a low risk enviroment like that. Police officers should be skilled enough to escalate situations. For many police interaction can be terrifying.

Yes the guy should've listened but i am not gonna sit here and say tasing the hell out of the adeer is a justified response.

However when you say this apparently you become a anti-police advocate and you want to bring lawlessness to the US.
