It's clear you wanted the taxi driver to get away from producing his ID and even continue to resist. How do I know that? Because there was no other way for the cop to arrest this guy and to have him agree to produce his ID and you continue to attack the cop. He wasn't listening and he was resisting. Was the cop supposed to just give up and leave?
