This Twitter handle attempts to impersonate Samuel Nsubuga who is the CEO of Uganda AcTV, but uses Simon Mlongo's face as its profile picture. Mlungo was the former Deputy Special Representative of the African Union for Somalia and was expelled from Somalia in 2021. The only commanders that are competent and skilled and actually professionally trained and disciplined are from the Kacaan and civilian government era and the majority of those guys are retired.

Those commanders transfer their skills and experience to Puntland like Morgaan.

That is why Puntland army today has discipline like any normal army and any war they win, after Allah blessing.

But South Somalia they act as militants, example macawisley, Alkabaab or ICU.
