I looked into this issue and found that while it is true that African migrants are victims of human trafficking in Sinai, this trafficking is done by Bedouin gangs. I have not found a single source linking the trafficking to Hamas or any other Palestinian political organization:

Most Black Israelis are going to be deported by the end of 2027. They are called a national security threat and a called invaders, parasites and esc. They are openly mocked in the streets.
