Actually, Modern Turks genetically have little to do with the actual small group of "real" Turks that invaded Anatolia. There was no population replacement in Anatolia, as a result Modern Turks descend Native Anatolians/Greeks, Kurds & Armenians with only minor Turkic admixture.
