I have seen two different people on two separate occasions in your motherland slit goats' throats without mouthing anything, forget about saying it out loud. They didn't say it in their heads because they were having conversations while doing it. I suspect most meat Muslims eat even in Muslim countries is not halal.

I didn’t even know until high school that beef and chicken wasn’t “halal” unless it was slaughtered the Muslim way I just assumed halal was just a certification that it was *free* from pork contamination like u know how they say “peanut free” and I only found this out from my timojileec friends who didn’t eat McDonald’s and shit with me cuz they said it wasn’t halal

Of course we eat Halal meat in our houses but outside is a different story. We all know those kebab restaurants don’t have halal meat. You will ask them and they will say ”Yes brozzer, meat is 100% halal ”. Shit is a lie, I have literally seen them by meat from a store.

No restaurant outside few muslim owned ones have halal meat. Thats for my country, don’t know about the rest.

I cope by telling myself that most of the countryside is ”christian” and thats were the meat obviously comes from.

Just when you thought you've seen it all

Bro I had it yesterday. Halal food options in the UK are unlimited, they even had a halal McDonald’s that closed in southall before. We got halal kfc, halal Taco Bell, halal Popeyes, halal wings top, halal Nando’s, halal subway. Even big supermarkets serve halal meat etc. we eating good. We only need McDonald’s and Burger King to change and we’re fine

Yea I don’t get why people were coming for Americans when pretty much every Somali diaspora does the same except for the UK lol.

It was the same growing up in Canada. Somalis would be lined up at the McDonald’s. We would buy our meat at home from halal shops but when eating out? If it wasn’t pork, it was caadi.

Although now there’s way more halal options than when I was a kid, so I tend to gravitate to halal restaurants when eating out.
