Like this isn’t exactly a secret or surprise? The question is What did the Canadian government do to prepare in advance? Did they try to negotiate with Trump? Did they try to negotiate with other countries to make alternative arrangements that would counterbalance negative impacts of trumps tariffs? FFS DID THEY EVEN TRY TO EASE INTERPROVINCIAL TRADE BARRIERSS (WHICH THERE ARE SURPRISINGLY A LOT OF)

THEY HAD A FEW MONTHS TO GET READY BUT CAME UP WITH NOTHING NOW TRUDEAU IS TALKING ABOUT 25% TARIFF ON AMERICAN GOODS, that WE as CANADIANS would have to pay, AS IF OUR TAXES ARENT ALREADY HIGH ENOUGH?!??!!!!! But he does NONE of that and just doubles up on the damage but adding an extra tax that CANADIANS will have to pay during already hard times
