Hundreds of countries use their “dirty lowly” scripts to this day, some of which can be up to a thousand years old. You are beyond stupid. In no way is it degrading and it will increase one’s pride in their history and culture.

It was either Latin, Arabic or Ge'ez script any of these choices would have a positive outcome on Somalis and enriched us, not no dirty lowly script invented in the 1900's.

Somalia is being arabization already in many ways like how some somalis dress like arabs abaya or male thob and they are already many saudi schools teaching the saudi curriculum. We can not build our own independent country while copying the cultures and the language of other countries. we should embrace and be proud of our somali culture and language.
