Apparently wearing bra makes your breast sag

Bras help fight against gravity. Especially push-up bras. I'd be too uncomfortable going out without one.

A bra doesn't help so it doesn't matter if you go with or without. All it does is keeping them from jumping up n down
But ive heard that wearing ill fitting bras for longer periods of time can change the shape of your breasts

It's mostly about genetics and lifestyle.
Personally I go without 80% of the time

It's mostly flat chested women who go without bra. Women with big breasts need bras otherwise their breasts will be all over the place.

Wearing an ill fitted bra causes more harm in the long run. Ladies make sure to get yourselves fitted properly

I'm not a woman but if bras are uncomfortable surely that means you are wearing ill fitting bras?

Also, if you are wearing a semi tight shirt without bra people can see your nipples.
