I knew certain parts of Maryland were doing abysmally terrible in state tests. But damn, if grown police recruits can’t answer these 1st grade level questions…maybe they shouldn’t be allowed to vote.

They called him five minutes before clock out. So he is still on payroll until the new task is dealt with. He will then report the hours he worked as overtime.
