Maybe you don't have the capacity to understand it thats really a you problem. Someone who commits evil on a daily and refuses to repent Allah can misguide and if they repent and return. Allah is most merciful most forgiving and he can Guide them back. The gaalo who choose disbelief receive misguidance as a result of their disbelief.
