There’s no reason for him to even be on the roof of the building, let alone have a crowd of witnesses recording him 2 minutes before the assassination attempt.
It was only 120 metres away and the best proximity for an easy rifle shot on Trump. I think anyone with a high school education given three days of preparation like the Security Service, would identify it as a threatening location, but they didn’t and left it completely unsecured leading to the nearly successful assassination.
