I’ve been doing a calorie deficit for a few days my life has improved!!!!

And before anyone assumes I’m mad butac I’m not I weigh like 127lbs about 9 stone I’m like 5’6 5’7 on some days

I'm gone again weight the next few days and it will stick around for the next few months. I don't count calories I count plates
