Most of country relies on underground water which is limited and some areas not even that good because of salt. I would say no we dont have alot of water but opposite its very scarce

Most of the ground water haven’t been accessible due to the lack of propper drilling tools. The only ones that are currently being depleted are the surface wells which given our land mass leaves us with plenty to explore.
The Re-greening of Somalia would require us to actually build up the necessary energy infrastructure to allow for desalination and use the water resources to restore some of the grass lands. We might not have the tree density of other nations but we have plenty and any video of Somalia would showcase that. We’ve depleted our shrubs and grass due to over grazing and I’m sure that’s what’s negatively affecting our soil.
