Bench press is a compound movement, you are working more mucles but primary chest so your body produces more testosteron which is the key to gains.
I usually do bench first than incline dumbell press to work more on my upper chest.

Mashallah bro holy thats impressive im benching max is 190 right now but 272lbs is insane. I use to hit 225 earlier in the year while bulking but ramadan screw up my routine its only a month since i been backJust completed a cycle of 5x5 SL.
Bench was 272lbs.

I only do 5x5 during winter to bulk up right im cutting higher reps lower weights
