If it was rotting you’d smell and then throw it out anyway…atleast I hope but maybe some people like to wash bakhti then cook itWallahi, this is a creepy coincidence. Just today I brought up an old boss to someone and that old boss was a chap who one day for whatever reason got curious about who in the office washed their chicken before cooking it and who didn't.
I don't. My old boss' logic made some sense to me in that you're just introducing new microbes when you wash it with something like tap water and, in all seriousness, anything that could harm your gut is dead after being cooked at over 200 degrees Celsius/400 degrees Fahrenheit long enough as long as there wasn't some really funky stuff on it and you didn't basically cook a rotting chicken.
My family does this. Our chicken usually comes frozen so we put it in water to melt and then rinse it. Does tht count??
Who said we straight up put oil and seasoning on it? We first cook the chicken, after it has cooked we season it and roast it.yess you have to wash it came straight from animal no cleaning you think putting oil and seaosing is okay when its not even clean uff

its still needs to be washedheat kills the bacteria not lemon or vinegar.
I never wash chicken. Do you know how much bacteria that’s gonna end up in your sink if you wash chicken in it. Why wash when everything dies in the cooking process
