I doubt it cause the floods start from Karkaar mountains. There's been reservoirs built all over which lessened the impact of the last drought.

Well can my camel graze in your neck of da wood during drought times with out threat from rustlers and then return when it rains on my end. Seasonal grazing so to speak.

During the drought of 2015 many herders from DDSI, sland, and galnus came to Karkaar and Burtinle for grazing.
