It's also happen to me I order a kit for my nephew its on hold in Italy and now there asking for identification

It also happened to me when they were trying to send me the kit. Just send them a scan/photo of your ID or whatever they need and they'll proceed with delivering your order.

I think they are discriminating returned sale kits based on country of origin. Perhaps Scandinavians get sequenced more quickly because they are small (population-wise) countries.
