I think @Mujahid Nur Marehan will become either E-Y18629* (* means unknown afterwards), E-Y181637*, or E-Y16398* in order of probability. Almost no chance he will have E-BY8081.

We shall see.

I think what he has most Marehans will have.

One guy from here already received his, but I think most Nov sale participants will get their data released in mid to late March. Some people who got it very late like Bob probably in April/Spring.
