The cycle of Black household abuse is never ending. That child will end up doing it to it to his own child. You will notice people who complain or experienced their parents' bad parenting have the exact same temperament and personalities as their parents.

Unless the home situation is absolutely dire, it's always better for children to stay with their parents.

Nah how can someone so casually abuse their son in public. At his school let alone of all places, and you’re saying because there’s a chance the boy might have a worse experience in group homes and foster homes that he shouldn’t take that chance. If this is the abuse he faces in public imagine what he experiences at home.
