Did you have a job before that made it hard for you to pray?

Yes, I had jobs previously that made me check in everytime I left for the restrooms I had to be doing something or I could be fired. Alhamdulilah after I left this Muslim manager I had another job where the hiring manager asked told me I could go pray anytime I wanted without me asking he told me they had a prayer room too he wasn’t a Muslim just “regular white guy” if you went with stereotypes lol I am more confident now I know my rights whereas I was little naïve back then. Alhamdulilah

That manager might have been more educated about the daily prayers than most since they already had a prayer room. As long as your prayers don’t interfere with your work, most won’t even care in my experience. The jobs that make a big deal about it are most often focused on micromanaging instead of actual productivity.
